Privacy — in plain English

I collect the least I can, I use it only to send you what you asked for, and you can leave any time. No ads, no data sold, no dark patterns. Here's the whole of it.

What I collect

• Your email — if you ask for the Launch Leak Checklist, so I can send it and a short, useful email series. Handled through Sender.
• Booking details — your name, email and answers to a couple of questions when you book a systems check. Handled through Cal.com.
• Payment details — if we work together, payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by me.

Why I collect it

Only to deliver what you asked for — send the checklist and series, run the booking, and take payment for work you've agreed to. That's it. I don't build advertising profiles and I don't guess at what else you might want.

What I never do

• No ads. I don't run advertising and I don't feed your details to anyone who does.
• No selling or renting your data. Ever. It isn't a product.

Leaving is one click

Every email I send has a one-click unsubscribe. Use it whenever you like and the emails stop — no "are you sure?", no hoops.

Deleting your data

Ask me to delete what I hold about you and I will, promptly. One email is enough.
