For course creators & coaches

Stop duct-taping your launch together.

I build the systems behind your course or coaching business — booking, follow-up, onboarding, renewals — in your own account. I test the full flow before handover, on camera, and document everything in plain-English video walkthroughs. Fixed prices, on the page. Yours to keep — on a £0/month stack.

The check is a diagnosis, not a pitch. You leave with a short written summary of your leaks — whether or not we ever speak again.

Sound familiar?

The four situations that bring people here

Your tech is spread across five tools, held together with hope, and you're scared to touch it.
Someone built it once, then vanished — and you still don't know how it works.
The launch is weeks away and nothing's actually connected.
Students drift off halfway through and nothing follows up. You just want it to work.

None of that is a character flaw. It's a missing system — and systems can be built, tested, documented, and handed over.

The scope

What gets built

01

Capture & nurture

Opt-in page, lead magnet delivery, and a five-email nurture that ends in a booked call.

02

Booking & reminders

Calendar with confirmations and reminders, plus a same-day recovery message for no-shows.

03

Checkout & onboarding

Payment to welcome to first-win — instant, tested, no silent failures.

04

Retention & renewal

Re-engagement for cold leads, renewal sequences that start four weeks out, testimonial capture at the win.

05

Launch support

Open/close emails, webinar or challenge tech, cart pages — watched live while your doors are open.

06

Documentation

Video walkthroughs of everything, in plain English. You'll understand your own machine.

Pricing, in the open

Three ways to work with me

The launch build · fixed price
£1,500–£2,000
≈ $2,025–$2,700 · for a doors-open launch
  • Everything in the build
  • Launch sales + cart pages — designed, built and wired, in your brand (two revision rounds)
  • Full launch campaign: announcement to cart close
  • Checkout, deadlines and delivery tested under launch load
  • On call through launch week
  • Priority scheduling
Launch & email management · monthly, optional
£450–£600/mo
≈ $610–$810 · rolling monthly, 14 days' notice to stop
  • Your launches run end to end — announcement to cart close
  • Weekly email drafted, approved, scheduled
  • Monthly report: leads, bookings, no-shows recovered
  • Fixes within 24–48h, usually with a video

Prices are on the page because you've seen enough "book a call to find out" sites. Where you land in the range depends on how many sequences and pages your setup needs — you'll have the exact figure in writing before anything starts. US clients: builds typically land $900–$1,600 and management $600–$800/month — same rule, exact figure in writing first. Launch pages: I shape the structure and polish your words — full sales copywriting isn't included, and I'll say so if you need a copywriter.

The £0/month part, in numbers

Two years of platform fees your build avoids: Kajabi ≈ £3,180 · GoHighLevel ≈ £1,720 · Kartra ≈ £2,115. Your stack after handover: £0/month. Most builds pay for themselves inside 5–15 months — then keep paying you.

How it works

The build week, day by day

DAY 0

You're in. Welcome note within four hours, one simple next step: account access.

DAY 1

Kickoff. Short intake, plus a video confirming exactly what's being built and when.

DAYS 2–4

The build. A mid-week video so you can see it taking shape. No silence, ever.

DAY 5

The test. I go through your whole system as a stranger would — on camera.

DAYS 6–7

Handover. Video library, walkthrough call, everything live and documented. Then — only if you want it — ongoing management.

The promise

How I work — in writing

01 Real deadlines only (no countdown timers or fake scarcity, ever)
02 Your accounts, your access, always (no lock-in)
03 Progress on video all week (no going quiet)
04 Plain English (if you can't understand it, I haven't finished)
05 One figure, agreed in writing (no surprise invoices)
06 Straight answers (if a £30 template fixes it, I'll say so)

Everything lives in accounts you own. If I vanished tomorrow, your funnel, emails and automations would keep running without me. That's by design.

Watch me work

Proof you can watch, not claims you can't check

This page runs on the same kind of system I build for clients. Below: a recorded teardown of a real funnel — the leaks, and the fixes, in about ten minutes.

Teardown video — in production

I'm recording a real funnel teardown — the leaks and the fixes, unedited. It'll sit right here.

Until then, start with the checklist below — it's the same diagnosis on paper.

Who you're hiring

One person — here's exactly what that means

You get the person who does the work, start to finish — same name on this page and on your handover videos. Because you deserve to know the shape of that before you pay for it:

The fair questions

Asked by everyone who's been burned before

How do I know you won't disappear mid-project?

Structurally, you don't have to take it on trust — you watch. Kickoff video day one, progress video mid-build, the full test on camera day five. And the second half of the fixed price is only due at handover.

What happens if something happens to you?

Your business doesn't stop. Everything is built inside accounts you own, documented in plain-English videos, so any competent operator could pick it up. I also keep a shortlist of vetted people I'd refer you to. Being one person is a feature of how I work — not a risk you carry.

Will I be locked into your systems?

No. Your Cal.com, your Sender, your Stripe. If we part ways at handover, you lose nothing.

Will I actually understand what you built?

That's the point of the video library — plain-English walkthroughs of every piece. "You'll understand your own machine" is the deliverable, not a bonus.

What if it breaks?

I test the full flow before handover, on camera. If anything I built breaks in the first 30 days after handover, I fix it free. That's in the contract, in writing.

Can you finish before my launch?

A build typically takes about a week. On the systems check I'll tell you honestly whether your date is makeable — and if it isn't, what the minimum viable version is.

12 places your course business quietly loses paying students

Ten minutes with a pen shows you where the money's going. Every leak comes with its fix named — most you can do yourself.

No spam. One useful email at a time; leave whenever you like.

The direct route

Fifteen minutes. Your leaks, named in writing.

Bring your funnel — or the pile of tools pretending to be one. We walk it together the way a stranger would, and you leave with a short written diagnosis whether we work together or not. If I can't help, I'll say so and point you somewhere that can.
